Picnic
Today my little sister and I went on a little picnic together in a pretty meadow full of buttercups.
Tassus ended up as a yellow dog after smelling too many buttercups!
We ate waffles.

I've had such a lazy day today - I haven't done much else than lying on the sofa watching films, believe it or not. Though I had been working for six days straight (and will be working tomorrow again as well), so I suppose it wasn't too bad. Have any of you done anything more interesting this weekend?

My new Dahlia playsuit
Today I wore my new Dahlia playsuit and Topshop shoes I bought in England. It was a perfect outfit for today, which started off nice, warm and very sunny, but became cloudy in the afternoon.
The playsuit looks like a dress as it has a little skirt in the front, and shorts underneath and in the back.
My pretty new shoes.

London buys.
I'm back home now, which is quite dull and boring. I prefer being elsewhere - although being in my own home is always nice - it's just the surroundings that are quite sad.
I spent Friday in London, shopping, which was lovely. London is always lovely - I always love the atmosphere there. I was quite in a rush while I was there - running from place to place to be able to go to all the shops I wanted to go to in the little time I had, so I didn't really take any pictures while I was there, so therefore you'll just get to see the photos I've taken of my buys after coming back here.
Chie Mihara shoes, Marc by Marc Jacobs t-shirt, necklace and umbrella, American Apparel shorts, and something from Agent Provocateur.
Arent't they beautiful? I wasn't planning on buying them, but I somehow ended up in Selfridge's where there was a huge sale, and when I spotted these lovely ones, I could not resist.
Shorts from American Apparel. I originally thought these were too short, but when I tried them on they weren't and they looked quite cute.

And tea from The Tea House, as well as Macaroons from Ladurée. One of them is a birthday gift for my mum though.

Blackpool.
Yesterday C. Elizabeth went to Blackpool for a day. We had planned on going to the amusement park there, but we found out in the last minute that it was closed - we thought we'd go today instead then, but it ended up pouring cats and dogs, so no. However we had a nice day strolling along the beach, talking, eating at a café and we were in fact able to take one carousel at one of the piers.

Visiting
I am really enjoying visiting my friend C. Elizabeth in England - I've only been here for three days so far, but we've been having so much fun just chatting, laughing and enjoying each other's company. Unfortunately I've forgotten to take very many pictures so far, so I don't really have that many to share with you.
These are from today while we were in Manchester.
Also, I bought some pretty things today that I thought I'd show you.
These pretty shoes from Topshop.
And my new Dahlia playsuit. I love them both.

The ferry boat coat.
Say hello to my new Nanette Lepore coat!
Words cannot describe how much I adore it, just look at the pretty details:
And, I can wear it closed with a brooch, or open:
Tomorrow I'm off to England to visit my friend C.Elizabeth, and that's going to be just wonderful, I'm sure! I'm going to take my computer with me and will try to do some blogging while I'm there, but sadly I don't know if I'll have enough time replying to all your comments (you should just know how much I appreciate every single one of them!) - so if I don't, I'll make up for it when I get back again.

Yellow...
Hello everyone,
sorry about the long absence. I've been studying for my exam that I had today, and I decided that the only way I could devote myself completely to studying, I had to lay off blogging for a little bit. Nevertheless, I'm back now, and happy that my summer holiday's now started (although I do have to start thinking about my master thesis) - which will hopefully be great. How have all of you been doing?
This is what I wore on Saturday:
Dress from Noa Noa, cardigan from H&M, tights from Kappahl, and shoes from Benetton.
