London, day one.

I actually returned from London on Tuesday, but I've been rather busy so I haven't had the time to blog. Nevertheless, I'm starting again now - by showing pictures from my first day in London.
We strolled around a little in the morning, and saw these kitchy, yet funny, tea cans. Didn't buy any though.

Went to Chinatown...
... where they sold funny sweets.

I bought a blueberry juice, or soda - I don't know - all I know is that it was surspringly good.

We bought tickets to a musical (but not one of those I originally wanted to see, like 'The Wizard of Oz', 'Billy Elliot', or 'The Sound of Music' because they were either too expensive, or my boyfriend didn't want to see them) - the Take That musical. It was nice, however.

In the evening we just walked around a bit before going back to our hotel.

i think bangkok would be a lot of fun, i don't think that stuff really happens. i mean of course with every city you travel to, you always have to be careful, but i think you'd have a great time here.

Oh, seems like a lot of fun! I love London, and in fact, I was born there. Simply love the place. Did you try to Pimm's No.1 there? It's a lovely drink. And I also hope you went to Agent Provocateur... did you? :)

It's such a shame that you felt you missed out on things. What did you want to see?
Did you get to visit the huge topshop in Oxford Street?
Next time, make sure you visit some lovely markets! : )

I don't know... I just felt like I didn't have enough time to go shopping as much as I wanted. Yes, I did visit the big topshop in Oxford street. It's enormous! I actually did go to a market - the Spitadfields market. I wish I'd also gone to Portobello market. Oh well, next time :)

Oh my god, the Moomin tins are divine! Please get me one next time you go there =)

Very nice! I'm going to London in two weeks, but only for three days. It's actually just for shopping and a little sightseeing. What do you think I should really see? And which market do you think is nice?

Can I simply say what a comfort to discover a person that
really understands what they are talking about on the web.
You actually realize how to bring an issue to light and make it important.
More and more people must look at this and understand this side of
your story. I was surprised that you aren't more popular since you most certainly have the gift.
