Nevertheless, I got a new bag. I talked about this bag (and some in other colours a few posts ago), which reminds me of an old school bag, and I decided to get one. I am really pleased with it as it fits my laptop and other things perfectly. I just wish it looked a bit 'older' somehow, but perhaps it's possible to customize it a little. Does anyone have any ideas on how to do that?
While trying to work hard (I'm unfortunately very bad at concentrating) on my assignment this weekend I started browsing Australian ebay for vintage clothing, and I discovered that so many pretty vintage clothes are sold there - especially dresses. Just thought I'd share that if anyone is interested.

I love the green tights and that bag is lovely, unfortunatly I don't know how to make it look older but I know exactly what you mean - it needs to be a bit more distressed or something! Still, rare to find a bag which is big enough for all your uni stuff without being ugly! Char x

That bag is gorgeous. It looks just the right size, too. If you treat it fairly roughly it will probably distress itself quite quickly. Can't think of any way to speed it up though...

i think you can make it look worn out by using sand paper. i don't guarantee that it would work but it might.

it was a real perfect weekend. I wish i could have stayed. you apparently know as well as me how hard long distance relationships are... yeah swedish is tough but i bet Hebrew is harder !! lycka till ;-) and I really like this bag ! i guess you need to "over" use it fast and it will look older :-)

That's a stupid and risky idea at the same time,but maybe try to put it to your washing machine somehow? It wouldn't fit into mine, but if you have a big one it may work.
Remember though, I myself regard it as a stupid idea :)
