Sorry.

Gosh, I haven't blogged in a week now, but I've been so, so busy. I know that I told you several weeks ago that I was busy moving, and you'd think I was done by now... but this last week I've been packing the last few things, cleaning my old place and the new, moving and finally unpacking. It's so much work, it's unbelievable. I wouldn't say I'm quite done yet, but I'm pretty happy with the way things look, and I can relax a little. I'm going to show you soon what it looks like.

Another thing that happened this last week is that the sun finally returned after a two month absence. Crazy, I know. Though it's wonderful to have it back, have real daylight, and sunshine. I managed to take some nice pictures of the sun just above the horizon.

The sun disappears for two months? Gosh, and I thought where I lived was bad. I can't image two months straight without sunshine.

well, there isn't complete and utter darkness for two months, but the sun isn't visible. At the darkest there's maybe 1 hour of light/dusk. It's bad, yeah, but the summers with constant light make up for it.

My dream is to travel to Scandinavia!! all of the Scandinavian countries, i think you are living something which many of us wonder how does feel, and to have constant light in the summer must be really special. Thank you for your nice comment, btw, I love your blouse!! Good luck with the moving, greetings!!

I love that feeling, when it slowly comes back for a few more minutes each day. It's like things are waking up, slowly.

I've always wanted to experience a 24-hour night -- but only for 24 hours!

I thought Anchorage was bad, but your latitude sounds worse! I hate the darkness in the winter, but I have to agree with you that the summers are delicious.
