Vegetable soup.
This evening I decided to make some vegetable soup, which is very filling and tasty, and you can keep what you don't eat for several days in the fridge and just heat up when you feel like it.
Here is how I made my vegetable soup.
1. Peel and cut potatoes in squares and let boil.
2. Add carrots
3. Then add some pre-boiled green lentils to the soup after the potatoes and carrots have boiled for a little bit.
4. Add some vegetable broth.
5. Throw some bean sprouts in if you want.
6. Fry garlic and onion and then add to soup.
7. Add paprika.
8. And voilá! I put some parsley on my soup too to make it look nicer.
Delicious.

the weather is great yes, but the meteorologists are saying it will end next week. but it's so nice to have this sunshine, it was 2 months of raining and gloomy days something not normal for such a long time here, even in winter, with cold, we are used to have sun! but I can't wait for spring either.
I really hope your experience there is going great!

Thank you! I was approached about modelling once before but I was 15 at the time so not surprisingly my mum said no. And the heritage originates a few generations ago so sadly I do not ): I think it's still fairly prominent aesthetically though.
What a great post! It looks quite simple to make but very tasty, I will have to try it some time.
lovely post! =)
I really should learn how to be a better cook =]
My fave is veggie soup too! So great to see how you did it!
mmm looks delicious! My mom often makes such soups and I really love them. (I'm crap at cooking myself, but someday I'll give it a try and follow your instructions exactly so that nothing bad should happen:D)
This has seriously made me crave for soup!
Will you feed me, blonde girl? :)
